Jordan's 6th Birthday

I can't believe that it has been 6 years since I became a mom for the first time.  Jordan Shannah Visser was born on September 27, 2006 at 7:27 a.m.  She was 7 lbs. 4 oz. and 18 inches long.  She is such a wonderful girl!

Family, Fun, and Football

Saturday was the big U of M vs. Notre Dame football game.  The family took a bike ride to ND campus to sport our Michigan gear and take some pictures.  Then in the evening Josh and I dropped the kiddos off at our friends house and biked to campus for the big game.  The entire game I just wanted to cheer, but with just two field goals in the fourth quarter not much cheering occured.  The day was just fun being together and then having a date with my hubby in the evening (actually the best part was the bike ride together).

Look 2 Wheels

Ready.....Set.....GO

Jordan is now riding a two wheeler.  She loves going on bike rides.

Ethiopian Dinner

Tonight I made and Ethiopian dish called Atar Allecha.  Good thing I soaked the green split peas overnight, but it still took me about 6 hours to make this dish.  I spread a tablecloth on the floor and we ate from a community dish with the moch injera I made.  Everyone enjoyed a fun ethnic dinner.
Levi ate all his dinner!!!
